  1. Individuals is played alone and does not require scheduling.
  2. It contains ten rounds of 20 general-knowledge questions, with ten minutes per round and 100 minutes of active answering time.
  3. There are no category-specific rounds or category standings. Each round may contain any mixture of general-knowledge subjects.
  4. Every player receives the same questions in the same order. One attempt is permitted.

2.Starting

  1. Open Individuals from Festival or Upcoming and press Play to view the information page.
  2. Press Start Quiz only when ready. Round 1 and its timer begin immediately.
  3. The competition may be started at any convenient point in the festival window. Leave enough time for all desired rounds and the final review.

3.Playing the rounds

  1. Rounds are played in order. All 20 questions appear on one scrolling page.
  2. Move freely among questions and edit answers during the ten-minute timer.
  3. Submitting ends the round immediately; time expiry submits it automatically.
  4. After submission, the provisional score for that round is shown. No cumulative score or public standing is shown during the festival.

4.Review, challenges and breaks

  1. Review every answer and challenge rejected answers before leaving the round.
  2. After rounds 1–9, press Next Round when ready.
  3. The break is untimed. Close the website and return later if desired, while the festival remains open.
  4. Completed rounds may be viewed later but cannot be edited or challenged again.

5.Final round and completion

  1. After round 10, review all rejected answers and submit any challenges.
  2. Press Submit for Review even if no challenges were made. This completes Individuals; there is no third submission.
  3. Each unplayed round scores zero.

The final Submit for Review is mandatory. Leaving without it keeps the paper pending.

6.Scoring and results

  1. Each correct answer earns one point, for a maximum of 200.
  2. Time, break length and number of challenges do not affect the score.
  3. The top three are recognized. Equal scores share a position and no tie-breaker is used.
